Established in 2007, NIHLC is jointly coordinated by NALSAR University of Law, INTACH UK Trust and Heritage Conservation Initiative Consultants (H.C.I.C) . It offers services to coordinate, monitor and address the legal-disputes in heritage.

N.I.H.L.C website is managed by Heritage Chambers, a legal arm of Heritage Conservation Initiative Consultants {H.C.I.C}.

Heritage Chambers was established to promulgate the practices of Alternate Dispute Resolution (A.D.R) tools and techniques for the benefit of Heritage Management. Heritage Chambers was conceptualized for conflict-resolution & effective management of cultural resources in the Indian context. It is managed by Shri.R.Nitin Sinha, Conservation Architect - Arbitrator
